Two Bedroom Spa Suites
Located on either the ground floor or first floor, the two bedroom suites contain a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Each have a shower over a spa bath and a private patio or courtyard with outdoor furniture for guest enjoyment. A 40 inch LCD TV in the lounge with a 26 inch LCD TV in the master bedroom. The first floor suite has exclusive access to the sun soaked outdoor bbq area featuring a large redwood table and bench seats for guests and their visitors. BBQ and umbrella may be available on request.
One Bedroom Suites
Located on both the ground or the first floor, these popular suites boast king or queen size beds in a separate bedroom, with either a therapeutic shower or luxury spa bath. They each feature a 40 inch LCD TV with guest select Sky channels, DVD player and mini stereo system in the lounge, and a 26 inch LCD TV in the bedroom. Some suites have air conditioning for guest comfort during all seasons and all have private balconies or patios with outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy.
Studio Suites
Studio suites that are located on the ground floor feature a queen size bed with a 32 inch LCD TV with free SKY channels. Access suites have walk-in showers. Large private patio leading to a Tuscan inspired beautifully manicured garden with outdoor furniture and a 'love seat', for guests to admire and enjoy.

The Studio suite located on the first floor also feature a queen size bed, a 40 inch LCD TV with free guest select sky channels, DVD player and mini stereo system and a private balcony with outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy. The suite has the traditional Tuscan feel with the a circular window, windowed door for that homely feel.
Tuscany Gardens
Each suite has its own private courtyard or patio with outdoor furniture for guest enjoyment. Ground floor courtyards are positioned deliberated with beautifully maintained Tuscan inspired gardens furnished with a love seat, fountain and wall art to ensure guests feel like they are visiting the Mediterranean region.
